There are a few basic requirements for all applicants to make sure they have. If you do not have all of these very basic requirements, you are obviously not qualified for any position here and should not bother applying.

1. Decent English
While your English doesn't have to be perfect (unless you're applying to be a reporter!), it can't be terrible. What I mean by terrible is: "hi , i wan 2 b dj ."

2. Certain level of maturity
We don't have a strict age limit, but you have to show a certain level of maturity. For example, if you're actually 16 but act like you're 8, we're not going to accept you. On the other hand, if you're 8 but you can act older than your age, you have a chance.

3. Active on Great La
This is a rule that we are usually pretty lenient about, but by being an active poster and contributor of Great La, you drastically increase your chances of becoming a staff member. If we have limited positions, we will give higher priority to those who are active on Great La.

On becoming a staff, you will have access to many staff-only things, such as the Staff Forum!
